RETURNS

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all labels still attached, sending back in its original package, the items must be free of odors and marks and in the same condition in which you purchased it. To be eligible for an exchange, If the size is too small or big when you try them on.
Selected items such as: Comfort line, Luxury line, Power line are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. (Except for imperfection, these lines are intimate underwear).
All Final Sale and Clearance Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
*Only one change per order is allowed if the size is incorrect (only applies to jeans).
*Changes are only changed if the model is still in stock, if we're out of stock on the model that you order. You could changed to a similar model or with a similar price.

Once your package is in our warehouse, it may take up to 15-20 business days to process your return.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you if your item was approved. If we notices that you have try on the product we have the right to not refund you. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
