How do returns or exchanges work?
Thank you for shopping at COLOMBIA MAGIC FASHION.

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, with all labels still attached, sending back in its original package, the items must be free of odors and marks and in the same condition in which you purchased it.

Selected items such as: Comfort line, Luxury line, Power line, Secret line are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. (Except for imperfection, these lines are intimate underwear).

*Only one change per order is allowed if the size is incorrect (only applies to jeans).

*Changes are only changed if the model is still in stock, if none will be changed to a similar model without money back.

Once your package is in our warehouse, it may take up to 20 business days to process your return.

REFUNDS (if applicable) Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you if your item was approved.

SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

How soon will I receive my product and how do the shipments work?
- Our order will be processed within the first 48 hours, does not include Sundays or holidays. - National Shipment UPS ground: It is a standard shipment for the United States with an estimated duration of 3 to 7 business days. -Any purchase during the weekend, it will be processed on Monday - UPS Next Day Air: You must first contact an advisor to request this option. - Whichever shipping choice you make, you will be provided with a link to track your package online. Keep in mind that you will receive the package on business days , not counting Saturdays or holidays .
How do the guarantees work with our products?
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT? In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a defective/damaged item, you can return or exchange your item. You will be reimbursed in full for the initial shipping costs on defective/damaged items, and if you choose to exchange the defective/damaged items, your new items will be shipped to you at no cost
