Shipping and Delivery

¿How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

¿Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

¿What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?

No worries! Our carrier (UPS) will usually try again the next day or leave a note with instructions on where to pick up your package nearby.

¿Can I request a refund for my order?

Yes, absolutely. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. We’ll keep you posted via email!

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total item price to cover processing and handling.
