You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, with all labels still attached, sending back in its original package, the items must be free of odors and marks and in the same condition in which you purchased it.

Selected items such as: Comfort line, Luxury line, Power line, Secret line are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. (Except for imperfection, these lines are intimate underwear).

*Only one change per order is allowed if the size is incorrect (only applies to jeans).

*Changes are only changed if the model is still in stock, if none will be changed to a similar model without money back.

Once your package is in our warehouse, it may take up to 20 business days to process your return.

REFUNDS (if applicable)Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you if your item was approved.

SHIPPINGYou will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
